The Parishath Thampuram Museum with its collection of 19th-century oil paintings, old coins, sculptures, Mughal paintings, and temple models; and the Museum of Kerala History at Edapally and the Hill Palace Museum at Thripunithura with its collections of the Cochin and Travancore royal families are worth visiting.
