It is located at a distance of 2 Kms. from the main Dhikala Gate at the entrance to Corbett National Park. The Resort is surrounded by dense forests on the one side & River Kosi and Nainital Hills on the other side. The resort encompasses 8 Acres of Lush Green Forest and Mango Orchards.

The Resort maintains international standard of accommodation in 20Delux Cottages built of stone exhibiting tranquil charm of the surroundings. The rooms are elegantly designed with a bedroom, a sitting room with a fire place, a sitout area and an open Verandah. All Cottages have independent European standard Bathroom with 24x7 running hot and cold water.
Dining:
Indian and Chinese and continental Cuisine rock in the hotel. All the guests get plenty of special treat of cooked dishes from expert cooks. An open air thatched Restaurant and an Air Conditioned Restaurant are places to dine in comfort and luxury, whether it is winter or summer.
